Kathy is an extremely athletic guard. She has an outstanding vertical leap and is also very quick and strong. On of her greatest attributes is her explosiveness. She utilizes her quick first step and penetrates to the basket at will. Due to her jumping ability, strength, and tenacity, Kathy often scores over much taller posts and centers. Kathy is excellent at drawing the foul and getting to the line multiple times throughout the game. She is skilled at driving to the basket, drawing the defense, and finding the open player. Kathy also has a good jump shot, which adds to her ability to go one on one. Defensively, Kathy can guard anyone. Her speed and strength, coupled with her intelligence of the game, make her a deadly defender.
MENTAL-ATHLETICISM
Has tremendously improved in her one-on-one capacity, her mental is stable and reliable. During the 2005-2006 season, Kathy has learned to optimize the use of her physical capacities.
